Part-time Residential Counselor

The primary responsibilities include providing care for residents, promoting their health and well-Being, and fostering a trauma-Informed environment. Additionally, the counselor will supervise activities and implement behavior management practices.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred, and at least six months of experience working with children or adolescents. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
