Residential Counselor

The role involves providing therapeutic support to residents in a trauma-Informed environment, focusing on their physical, mental, and behavioral health while assisting in life skills development. Primary duties include overseeing the overall care of residents, supervising activities, and implementing behavior management and crisis intervention techniques.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree in a related field preferred, alongside a minimum of six months' experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a residential setting. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass required background checks and medical clearances are mandatory.
