Professional Development Specialist (Clinical Licenses)

The specialist designs and delivers high-Quality education, leading clinical onboarding, competency assessment, and continuing education for an interdisciplinary team. This role also serves as the primary planner for accredited continuing education under joint accreditation standards.

Candidates must possess a clinical license in new jersey (E.g., rn, lcsw, aprn) and preferably hospice and palliative certification, along with an msn, edd, or equivalent degree. A minimum of five years of clinical or public health experience is required, with preferred experience in adult education and ce planning.
