History/Social Studies Teacher (SY 2026-27)

The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, effective, and student-Centered learning environment that fosters curiosity and motivates students to achieve their full potential academically and personally. Responsibilities also include analyzing data to inform instruction, building communication with parents and the community, and attending all required professional development and team meetings.

Candidates should possess exemplary professional values and a commitment to student engagement and success, with a bachelor's degree being required; a graduate degree is preferred. Three years of teaching experience and nys certification are preferred, but a commitment to achieving certification is required.
