Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for planning, preparing, and orchestrating a stimulating classroom environment while masterfully implementing the proprietary l.e.a.p. Curriculum for infants, toddlers, and/Or preschool children. They must also prioritize safety, communicate regularly with parents regarding progress, and collaborate with center staff to meet organizational goals.

Candidates must meet state-Specific guidelines, be at least 18 years old, and possess extended experience in a childcare setting with demonstrated classroom leadership. Essential qualifications include meeting all state/Federal requirements for health, safety, and immunizations, alongside a deep passion for early childhood education.
