Summer Camp Youth Development Professional

The professional will establish weekly/Monthly programs aligned with organizational goals, develop schedules, and ensure members participate in diverse activities while receiving instruction and feedback. Responsibilities also include registering new members, providing guidance, implementing services for drop-In members, and monitoring activities for safety.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of combined experience and/Or formal training in youth development. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate youth, manage behavior, and plan quality programs, including providing science and technology instruction for various age groups.
