Life Skills Coach

The life skills coach supports and coaches young adults in developing independent living skills necessary for successful community transition, including areas like employment readiness and financial literacy. This role also involves assisting with referrals to community providers and participating actively in daily program structure and operations.

Candidates should preferably have work experience in a residential care setting, and lived experience is considered a plus. Essential requirements include high energy, strong team functionality, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, and holding a valid driver's license.
