Awake Overnight Youth Counselor

Counselors provide direct supervision and support to youth in a residential setting, ensuring they remain awake throughout the shift while conducting routine bed checks. Staff must maintain a safe, structured environment, serve as positive role models, and support youth development and daily routines.

Candidates must be able to provide direct supervision and support to youth, remain awake during overnight shifts, and engage in crisis intervention when necessary. A valid u.s. Driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with experience working with adolescents being preferred.
