Tai Chi is a gentle yet powerful practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, blending flowing movement, breathwork, and meditation. It supports improved balance, strength, and mental clarity—making it an incredibly valuable offering for our community. As a Tai Chi Instructor, you’ll lead engaging classes that help members feel stronger, more centered, and connected. • Salary range is based on certifications and experience
