School Nurse (Daytime) - School Year 2026-2027

The school nurse is responsible for administering daily medications, providing immediate care for accidents and emergencies, and developing individualized health care plans for students with special health needs. This role also involves documenting all health encounters, coordinating emergency medical responses, and managing mandated health screening programs.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited practical/Vocational nursing or registered nursing program and hold a valid lpn/Lvn or rn license for the district of columbia. Essential requirements include current basic life support certification, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to the seed foundation's mission.
