Overnight Resident Advisor (RA) - School Year 2026-2027

The overnight resident advisor is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-Being of residential students during overnight hours through active monitoring, conducting rounds, and responding to needs or emergencies. This role also involves completing essential overnight administrative tasks to support the residential program's smooth operation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and at least two years of experience working with adolescents in a residential or educational setting. Essential competencies include the ability to remain calm in emergencies, knowledge of adolescent behavior management, familiarity with crisis intervention, and strong independent work skills.
