Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and at least two years of experience working with adolescents in a residential or educational setting. Essential competencies include the ability to remain calm in emergencies, knowledge of adolescent behavior management, familiarity with crisis intervention, and strong independent work skills.
