The licensed practical nurse will be responsible for monitoring and recording patient vital signs, administering prescribed medications and treatments, and developing patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare providers. Key duties also involve educating patients and families on health management and maintaining the cleanliness of patient care areas.

Candidates must possess a current, active, and unrestricted lpn license in new hampshire, along with completion of an accredited practical nurse program and basic life support (Bls) certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and while one year of healthcare experience is preferred, the ability to pass a background check and be over 21 are mandatory.
