ESOL Instructor

The esol instructor is responsible for delivering integrated english language instruction, which combines language lessons with job skills, digital literacy, civics, and life skills for non-Native english speakers. This role involves planning and preparing curricula for mixed-Level classes, managing volunteers, documenting student progress, and assisting with intake and enrollment activities.

A bachelor's degree is required, though a certificate in adult education, tefl, tesl, or tesol is preferred, along with relevant professional experience in education or human services, preferably working with immigrants or refugees. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, enthusiasm for adult education, and comfort working independently and collaboratively in a cross-Cultural environment.
