Training Coordinator

The training coordinator will manage internal training efforts, including coordinating and delivering orientation and ongoing training sessions for care providers while ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate. This role also involves community collaboration by building and maintaining relationships with referral sources and workforce development agencies.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to lift 50lbs. Fluency in both english and spanish is required, and experience with developmentally disabled or senior populations, or in home care training, is a plus.
