Core responsibilities
Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized education plans (Ieps) tailored to each student's needs and creating comprehensive lesson plans that integrate goals from all disciplines within the iep. The role also requires monitoring and adjusting behavior and classroom management techniques while maintaining open communication with the team, parents, and directors.
Requirements summary
Minimum qualifications require a bachelor’s or master's degree in an education-Related field, being at least 18 years old, and the ability to lift 50 pounds independently. Candidates should also be currently pursuing or planning to pursue a master’s degree in special education.
