Child Care Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher - Tutor Time, E 16th St

The lead teacher is responsible for the daily care of every child in the classroom, adhering to all licensing guidelines and company standards. This role involves developing skills in observation, assessment, planning, and effectively communicating with families while implementing the proprietary curriculum.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a minimum of 6 months of experience leading an early childhood classroom with lesson planning in a licensed center. A minimum of 12 early childhood education units and the ability to meet state requirements for background checks, immunizations, cpr/First aid, and mandated reporter training are also mandatory.
