Behavior Technician - Center Based- Farmingdale

The role involves collaborating with clinical supervisors and bcbas to implement aba therapy principles and teaching procedures, while diligently collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions. Responsibilities also include implementing behavior support plans and managing learners, including physical crisis intervention protocols, to ensure a safe environment.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of aba experience working with children or adolescents with autism in a supervised setting, and must acquire and maintain rbt credential within 90 days. Preferred qualifications include experience with challenging behaviors and enrollment/Completion of a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree.
