Seasonal YDP Support Specialist

The specialist supports and fills in where needed by assisting in planning, implementing, and evaluating program outcomes across core areas like academics, health, character development, and the arts. This role also involves supervising members, ensuring a safe environment, and proactively supporting staff and filling in for absent youth development professionals (Ydps) as needed.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with two years of college experience preferred, alongside a minimum of two years of combined relevant experience or formal training working with youth. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, hold a valid driver's license, and pass required background and tb checks.
