Support Specialist - Challengers Club

The support specialist is responsible for supporting program planning, implementation, and evaluation across core areas like academic success, health, and leadership development, while also supervising members and ensuring a safe environment. This role involves proactively filling in where needed, assisting staff, promoting program participation, and maintaining order and safety within the club facilities.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with a preference for two years of college experience, combined with a minimum of two years of relevant experience working with youth and knowledge of youth development. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, hold a valid driver's license, and pass criminal background and tb tests, with cpr and first aid certifications being preferred.
