Seasonal Youth Development Professional

This role supports the planning, implementation, and evaluation of youth programs across art, athletics, and academics, while providing direct supervision and promoting engagement among club members. Key duties include ensuring program quality and safety, tracking attendance, recommending program enhancements, and providing guidance and role modeling to youth.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though two years of college experience is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of equivalent experience or formal training working with youth and knowledge of youth development. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, hold a valid driver's license, and pass criminal background and tb tests.
