The employee will assist in classroom management, ensuring early childhood development practices are met by encouraging children to initiate activities, solve problems, and learn by doing. Duties also include supporting meal service implementation, adhering to performance standards, and potentially performing clerical or recruitment tasks.

A high school diploma or ged is required, while a child development accreditation (Cda) is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and pass background checks and physical examinations.
