Job Coach

The job coach assists individuals in maintaining paid employment in integrated business settings by developing workplace supports and providing ongoing training on work ethics, conduct, and performance. This role involves supporting members in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment and may include transporting them to and from work sites.

Minimum qualifications require passing a background and drug screen test, possessing a valid driver's license, and having a high school diploma. Preferred qualifications include current cpr/First aid certification and current medication administration certification.
