2026 - 2027 College Access Mentor

The mentor will guide 25-50 boys and young men of color through middle and high school, assisting them with college applications and financial aid processes. Responsibilities also include running workshops on civic engagement and life skills, and maintaining communication between home and school.

Candidates must be passionate about social justice and educational equity, capable of commanding a room and connecting with teenagers, and organized enough to handle data entry using salesforce. A commitment to the mission, working monday through friday plus 1-2 saturdays a month, is required.
