Associate Clinician

The associate clinician is responsible for the general daily care of program residents, providing counseling and advocacy for individuals with chronic mental illness and co-Occurring disorders to promote independence. Essential functions include therapeutically intervening based on mental illness symptoms, monitoring medications, developing treatment plans, and integrating the prism model into daily practice.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field such as counseling, social work, or clinical psychology, along with 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with chronic mental and behavioral health issues in a residential setting. A valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience and an acceptable driving record are also mandatory.
