Certified Behavior Technician

The behavior technician implements individualized aba treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba to support client skill development. They conduct one-On-One therapy sessions across various settings and maintain accurate data records on client progress.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. A bachelor's degree in a related field and experience working with children or special needs are preferred.
