Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement individualized aba treatment plans under bcba supervision, working one-On-One with clients to deliver therapy, collect data, and support skill development across communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior domains. Key duties include utilizing positive reinforcement, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with families and team members.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates must possess reliable transportation and a genuine passion for working with children, with prior experience in aba or special needs being advantageous.
