Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement bcba-Designed clinical plans one-On-One with children at the center to build critical communication, social, and adaptive skills using applied behavior analysis principles. Responsibilities also include addressing behavior reduction goals, collecting and recording data, maintaining a safe environment, and attending required trainings.

A minimum high school diploma or ged is required, and no prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 30 lbs, frequently assume various postures, and utilize quick body movements when necessary for challenging behavior intervention.
