Youth Development Staff - North

This role involves ensuring the safety and supervision of children (Ages 6 weeks to 11 years) in the child watch and family activity center while leading various academic and enrichment activities. Staff collaborate to develop programs and maintain positive engagement with participants and their families.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess the ability to develop positive relationships with diverse individuals, with two years of experience working with young children preferred. Completion of ymca program-Specific trainings upon hire is also required.
