Youth Development Staff - North

This role is responsible for the safety, supervision, and leading of activities for children aged 6 weeks to 11 years in the child watch and family activity center. Essential functions include assisting or leading program development, maintaining participant engagement, and ensuring adherence to all safety and emergency protocols.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and two years of experience working with youth aged 6 weeks to 11 years is preferred, along with completing required ymca trainings upon hire. The role requires physical ability to move, bend, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain alertness while interacting with children.
