Staff Development Coordinator

The staff development coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing staff education and training programs while overseeing infection prevention practices within the facility. This role supports staff competency, regulatory compliance, and overall quality of care for residents.

Candidates must possess a current registered nurse (Rn) license and specific experience in infection prevention. Experience in skilled nursing or post-Acute care is preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
