Diagnostic Excellence: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs. Clinical Education: Lead the charge in facility-wide education by conducting ongoing in-services and training for staff on communication strategies and swallowing safety. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Maintain constant communication with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members to ensure a holistic approach to recovery. Functional Outcomes: Deliver therapeutic interventions that restore cognitive function, communicative independence, and safe swallowing.
