Mental Health Associate

The mental health associate provides direct patient care to adolescent residents, ensuring their safety and well-Being while supporting the therapeutic environment. This includes participating in behavioral program development, documenting behaviors, building positive relationships, following policies, and providing crisis intervention when necessary.

A minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent plus at least one year of mental health experience, though a bachelor's degree in a related field with one year of healthcare experience is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid tennessee driver's license (Unless military affiliated) and demonstrate the physical and emotional stamina required for the role, including flexibility for overtime.
