Enthusiastic Swim Instructor Needed! Year-Round Role in Spring Branch

The primary duties involve teaching beginner and intermediate swim lessons, emphasizing safety and foundational skills while building positive relationships with students and parents through regular progress communication. Instructors must also maintain a safe environment, adhere to protocols, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Preferred experience includes a competitive swim background or previous swim instruction experience, with 6 months of instruction experience being preferred but not required. Candidates should ideally possess lifeguard, cpr, and first aid certifications, or be able to pass the requirements for lifeguard certification, and must commit to at least one year of employment with afternoon and weekend availability.
