Assistant Coach, Women's Basketball

The assistant coach assists with team and player development, training, practice planning, performance evaluation, and recommendations for competition participation. This role also supports the identification, evaluation, and ongoing recruitment of prospective athletes, including on- And off-Campus recruiting responsibilities.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, along with two years of relevant experience. Required qualifications include proven success in coaching, recruiting, developing student-Athletes, an outstanding work ethic, and knowledge of ncaa rules.
