Youth Counselor

Youth counselors work daily with students in a team setting to help them redirect negative behaviors into positive, socially acceptable patterns within a normative culture. Responsibilities include supervising students on dorms and in classrooms, and participating in daily counseling sessions.

Candidates must be willing to work the pm shift (3 pm to 11 pm) and will receive a starting pay rate of $14.00/Hour with a high school diploma or $15.00/Hour with a bachelor's degree in the human services field. The role is within a residential treatment facility for adjudicated or cina youth.
