Male Youth Counselor

Counselors are responsible for maintaining the safety, accountability, and security of the campus while teaching, coaching, and supervising students in all aspects of daily living, both on and off campus. Key duties also involve observing student behavior, recognizing progress, implementing treatment plans, intervening in escalating behaviors, and transporting students as needed.

A high school diploma or ged is required for this position. A college degree in a human services field along with one year of previous work or volunteer experience with juveniles is preferred.
