Youth Care Worker

The youth care worker i supervises and assists students in all program-Related activities using professionally acceptable methods and techniques under the direction of the shift supervisor. This role ensures that the youth's basic needs such as shelter, safety, food, and clothing are met in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged along with one year of experience working with at-Risk youth in a juvenile or related setting, or two years of military experience with an honorable discharge. Key abilities include providing a safe environment, writing documentation, influencing the company vision, and supervising daily student routines and behaviors.
