Registered Nurse - RN

This role involves empowering, engaging, and training dialysis patients on peritoneal and home hemodialysis using state-Of-The-Art programs, functioning as an onsite patient educator and case manager within the home therapies healthcare team. Key duties include providing safe and effective training and oversight of home dialysis therapies, assessing patient readiness and home environments, and ensuring quality patient care in compliance with policies and regulations.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Rn) with current appropriate state licensure, and successfully complete a training course in dialysis therapies and cpr certification. Preferred experience includes a minimum of one year in medical-Surgical nursing, icu, and/Or dialysis, particularly peritoneal experience.
