NCLEX Instructor - Boston, MA (On-Site)

Instructors must maintain high energy levels to engage students and effectively facilitate learning and learner development using kaplan's methodology. Responsibilities also include active classroom management and attending required faculty and professional development meetings.

Candidates must be master's prepared nurses (Msn or bsn with masters required) and hold a current, unencumbered registered nurse license with a minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience. Previous teaching or training experience is preferred, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
