Nursing Instructor - Bakersfield, CA (On-Site)

The instructor must maintain high energy to engage students, effectively facilitate learning and learner development, and manage the classroom actively. Responsibilities also include attending required meetings and professional development workshops.

Candidates must possess an msn or bsn with a master's degree, hold a current, unencumbered registered nurse license, and have a minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience. Previous teaching or training experience is preferred, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
