Clinical Educator - Department of Clinical Education - Full-Time - DAYS

This role involves coordinating the development and individualization of orientation plans for unit-Based healthcare providers, monitoring their progress, and planning, coordinating, and presenting educational programs to meet assessed learning needs. The educator also functions as a resource, assists with compliance to regulatory standards, and facilitates critical thinking to promote best practices among healthcare providers.

A master's degree (Ms or msn) from an accredited nursing school is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care healthcare facility, including some previous teaching experience. Specific certifications like aha bls, nj rn license, and potentially atcn/Tncc, nih stroke scale, acls, nrp, or pals are mandatory based on assignment.
