Inclusion Aide - After School (Woodridge)

The inclusion aide supports and assists individuals with disabilities to successfully participate in recreation programs by adapting activities and promoting positive inclusion within the general community. Key duties include ensuring health and safety, managing behavior when necessary, assisting with personal care like feeding or toileting, and communicating participant progress to supervisors and parents.

Candidates must be at least sixteen years old and possess reliable transportation, with a preference for one to two years of direct experience working with individuals with disabilities. Essential requirements include the ability to work independently, commit to assigned work times, and demonstrate dependability and punctuality for all scheduled programs.
