Home Hemodialysis Registered Nurse HHD RN

The registered nurse will be responsible for educating patients and caregivers in-Clinic so they can independently perform home hemodialysis (Hhd) procedures at home. Key duties include managing an hhd caseload, conducting home visits, and providing on-Call support.

Candidates must possess an active rn license in the state of practice, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and an adn is required while a bsn is preferred. Experience in dialysis, patient education, or case management is preferred.
