Core responsibilities
The primary responsibility involves spending the majority of the day in direct one-On-One patient care, providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment while monitoring patient statistics and observations. Technicians also educate patients on kidney dialysis related topics and work under the supervision of an rn within a cross-Functional clinical team.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be nursing students set to graduate in may 2027, maintaining a gpa of 3.0 or above in the nursing core curriculum, and must be able to work in a fast-Paced environment with flexibility to travel locally. The program requires full-Time availability for a 10-Week paid training during the summer of 2026 and a minimum of one shift per week during the senior year.
