Registered Nurse PD RN

The registered nurse will be responsible for educating patients and caregivers on peritoneal dialysis (Pd) procedures to enable independent home treatment. This role also involves managing a caseload, conducting assessments, monitoring progress, performing home visits, and providing on-Call support.

Candidates must possess an rn license in the state of practice, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and basic computer skills. An associate degree in nursing (Adn) is required, while a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) is preferred.
