What You’ll Do Create a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum Plan engaging lessons that support literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development Observe and document children’s developmental progress Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom Support classroom routines including transitions, meals, and playground time
