Responsibilities
Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (provided for you through our curriculum) Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members Support each child’s individual development, including social and emotional growth Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities What We’re Looking For Experience working with infants in a childcare or early childhood setting (preferred) A genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children Strong communication and teamwork skills Patient, reliable, and attentive personality Ability to create a calm, responsive, and engaging environment for infants
