Volunteer Substitute Teacher

Substitute teachers are responsible for implementing provided lifewise curriculum lesson plans on an as-Needed basis while maintaining a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. Duties also include taking attendance, maintaining classroom order, and following all established policies and procedures.

Candidates must possess a mature personal christian faith aligning with the lifewise academy statement of faith and be active participants in a local church with compatible doctrine. Essential qualities include excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in teaching students.
