Substitute teachers are responsible for implementing provided LifeWise lesson plans, maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment, and following all established policies and procedures. Key duties include taking attendance, maintaining classroom cleanliness, and communicating effectively with the regular teacher and volunteers.
Candidates must possess a mature personal Christian faith and actively participate in a local church whose doctrine aligns with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith. The ideal applicant should demonstrate excellence in Biblical knowledge, teaching proficiency, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
LifeWise substitute teachers will demonstrate excellence in Biblical knowledge and teaching abilities. The ideal candidate is an active church participant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is caring, perceptive and proficient in teaching students.
