Mental Health Professional

The primary role involves facilitating group activities for youth aged 6-17 in a residential program, focusing on enhancing their daily living skills and ensuring their safety at all times. Responsibilities also include assisting clients with emotional and social growth through informal counseling and skill-Building groups, and supporting their educational needs.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and meet specific educational or experience criteria, such as a bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent supervised experience in human services or mental health. Essential qualifications include experience with at-Risk youth, openness to supervision, teamwork ability, and a commitment to modeling appropriate behavior.
